“There's really no point to reviewing such an old, established title at this point, but here I go anyway. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 added more of what players wanted from the first Modern Warfare (referred heretofore as "MW" and "MW2") regarding maps, weapons, customization options, and a follow-up story to rival the first. In every regard, MW2 was a step-up from its predecessor; except... for some reason, it just didn't feel right. The singleplayer story was solid, without perhaps the same "oompf" due to coming after an already spectacular prequel, but the multiplayer smacked of missing something vital.

Millions of fans across the world enjoy MW2 to this very day, my family included. I, myself, am a huge fan of the new Spec Ops mode. For matchmaking, though... I go back to CoD4 for my fix.”

Mode and story mode once you play battlefield bad company 2 this game seems so kiddyish and lame no exploding buildings and I am sure the xbox version is worse then ps3 version”

“Wasn't as amazing as everyone said it is. Multiplayer was nice (not my best experience), but I didn't like the campaign at all. It didn't flow right with the cutscenes. Some of the characters where likable though (ghost was pretty cool). If anything, I'd say rent it if you just want to play the campaign, but buy it if you like online play, but not fully recommended”
