liquid liner does work better if you dont want any smudges.. the tricky part is the application. My favorite has been by physicians formula, its shaped like a pencil and looks like a pencil but its liquid.. the only sad part is they dry up fairly quickly and I can't always find them at target.. i'm beginning to think they got discontinued.

I'll agree w/ the avon glimmersticks...I wear the green one everyday and it really brings out my blue/green eyes(favorite eyeliner for sure)!!

They're very affordable for sure! i like the variety.. its good if youre not a very oily person..so it wont smudge easily.

I also prefer a liner that doesn't smudge. @silvia0827 They stock Physician's Formula cosmetics at Rite Aid - have you tried looking there for the liner?
