“New phones. AT&T is cancelling my account on May 15th because I've been a customer for too long. My account is over 10 years old and now they insist I get a new plan from their current options. Unfortunately they no longer offer unlimited data in their plans. Customers who have been with AT&T for less time get to keep their unlimited data plans where I am being penalized for being a long time customer, I filed a complaint with the FCC. In the meantime, I got a sprint plan with unlimited data for when I ultimately get screwed by AT&T. I don't approve of this tactic.”
