“I called to see if I could move to a different flight. The guy literally told me, "Hey you should just buy another ticket online for $121.00 because if I move you, I have to charge you $150." At first I didn't comprehend what he was saying. And then, after I had wasted 10 minutes on hold and 3 minutes of their precious time I laughed out loud in his ear and said, "That's stupid. I'll just keep it like it is.... good bye." What a strange world; the airline industry.”
