What is “Taco Bell”?

Taco Bell is an American fast food chain that serves Mexican-themed food. It's food is generally unhealthy, although they have in recent years introduced diet-friendly fare. Taco Bell can be found nationwide, and is owned by the same company as as KFC and Pizza Hut. In some locations Taco Bells, Pizza Huts, and KFCs are combined (or some variation of the 3). This combination was made infamous in the 2009 Das Racist song, "Combination Taco Bell Pizza Hut."

fnoo In Japanese, "tako" means octopus.

Which immediately leads me to think of Jules Verne, and giant squids.

Now there's a taco emergency.
steveh I'm off the Taco Bell once I realized no matter what I ordered it was made from the same 8 "bins" in front of the same person, just folded differently or crunched in some new way I was bored. That and it gave me anal leakage.
steveh I also think the Canadian Taco Bell contains Soylent Green, but I don't have any conclusive evidence.
jah @fnoo pronounced the same, as well, which confused the hell out of me because one of the better sushi restaurants in Bethesda is named "Tako Grill".

Personally, I don't see the point of Taco Bell now that Chipotle exists.

“i had my first enchirito and it was incredible. i'm incredibly resistant to ever trying new things but the frequency of my taco bell visits and my disinterest in their existing menu are irreconcilable without exploring the food items without ad campaigns. most people would say HEY MAN WHY DONT YOU JUST NOT GO TO TACO BELL SO MUCH but naw.”

“SOOOOO my boyfriend had JUST TORN his ASL and we had no food in the house and he needed to get something in his stomach before he has some pain meds... so i dropped him off and then went to Taco Bell... he said "call me when u get there so i can tell you what i want" HE DIDNT EVEN ANSWER! there was no cars behind me THANK THE LORD... but i couldnt decide.... WELLLL the taco bell guy STARTED HITTING ON ME!!!!!! then he like touched my hand as he took my card and OMG was it creepy. then HE TOLD ME HIS SCHEDULE so he would see me again... omg CREEPER! .......................... then when i got home... chris was asleep and didn't even eat the food =/ !!!!”

“i may be in the minority here, but, i think taco bell taste great! my favorites are: tostadas, 7-layer 'rittos, and nachos supreme.
