“Bunch of plants picked by daughter”

“A more traditional and simpler to navigate hardware store than Home Depot. Traditionally local branches have employed older and more experienced staff, which is a worthy idea. Younger staff tend to guess where things are, which is fine if you aren't the one being sent on a wild goose chase to the other end of the store. Customer service staff don't know anything and have to phone for someone who does, but when I've had problems I've always got them sorted out eventually.

As with Home Depot, expect a long wait at the register if the SKU label has gone missing off your item. That's just progress.

BTW the picture came up in the top four for the phrase "Orchard Supply" and I liked it. I have no idea what it is, so please don't ask.”
