“when i get to work on a home website i get tired while i'm on work websites, so i hit up potbelly's for a coke zero. it makes me feel less weird than at subway. at subway i would always get some cookies with my bottled drink so they expect me to get some and when i'm trying to conserve calories i'm breaking the damn social contract. it's strange and weird. when i realize i have become enough of a regular to have a "usual" at a place of business i stop fucking going because i'm insecure! and yet i tip well because i feel bad about how shit the minimum wage is, i'm a ball of contradictions.

anyhow, last december potbelly's was all "hey i noticed you come here alot! if you buy a potbelly's card and use it a lot you will save money over the long run, if you keep coming this frequently! know what happened? i didn't go to potbelly's for six months.”
