“I'm positive that $8.41 is way too much to have paid for a small, simple package whose declared value was $13. However, I was tired, in a hurry, and was already at the Fedex counter to RMA a computer. The counter staff was slow, but competent and friendly. At 7pm they were open, and there was no line, even when I was finished.
The package contained a duct tape wallet and a check for $6.50. After 9 faithful years, my wallet (a gift from Nik) needed to be replaced. Per ducti's lifetime no-matter-what warranty, I'm happily expecting a replacement wallet - which will still remind me of my good friend's original gift.

“Not sure if it's any better than UPS, but having a kinkos in the same building comes in handy when I am printing posters for school”
“My mom lost her driver's license on the airplane to visit her cousins, had to fedex her passport so she could get back.”
“The choice was easy. Use the most expensive and fastest possible option with FedeX to make sure that I get my travel grant application in before the deadline! The travel grant money is orders of magnitude more than the cost of FedeX”

“Hate FedEx. =[ But have to use them sometimes...”
“Photocopy from a USB stick at Fedex, very handy if you don't want to pay the 40c a minute to use one of their PCs. Just use your own laptop to create documents and save to flash drive, then pop the drive into the copier.
If FedEx was able to offer free wi-fi from someone other than AT&T it would be perfect. As it is, the sucky and highly unpredictable AT&T connection makes it a lot less than that.”
“In my opinion Fedex is usually a better way to go than USPS when you're sending packages or boxes. I haven't used them to mail letters/paperwork so I don't know how good they are in that area. But I have found when shipping larger items (within the continental U.S.) they are very competitive in their pricing. In my experiences, the time it takes for delivery is better than USPS. Insurance is an affordable option also. It might be worth it to you, if you are sending anything of value or importance. I will use them again in the future.”

“A color print of a pdf file -- my daughter and I are taking our sweet time in putting together her high school graduation announcements but now they're done and they're quite creative. Now she has to send them out.”
