“I feel a bit guilty about my addiction to "Breaking Bad". Probably I have better things to do with my time other than watching three or four episodes in an evening. But I can't think of anything. The protagonist and his unlikely partner clash so entirely it's like chaotic poetry. Their love/hate relationship develops as a series of close brushes with disaster bring them ever more interdependent. Walter White, (Bryan Cranston) is a likable middle aged man who's just been diagnosed with cancer. A deeply troubled, underemployed high school chemistry teacher seeking to pay for expensive chemotherapy treatment, he enlists Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) to help him generate some illicit funds. Fair warning: though the show explores some pretty disturbing territory, iTunes (I presume it was iTunes), has taken it upon themselves to censor two particular words from its downloadable show. This is laughably absurd and it bothers me more than a little bit. I'd recommend Netflix. I imagine the CD versions include the complete soundtrack.”

Willing to do just about anything to deal with terminal cancer and the money challenges it brings, he takes on an unlikely partner. This show hooks you right away; the hero is troubled and seriously flawed - I find myself rooting for him, no matter how low he goes. Adult content. Check it out.”
