“I thought it was a great show. Its a sort of twisted comedy/drama series, lots of sex, drugs, and drinking. Also if you like this i recommend you checking out a show on showtime called weeds, it is in its 6th season now.”

“I was enamored with Californication from the start: witty dialog, taboo subject matter - lots of edgy writing. The 3rd season finally came out on DVD; I've had the discs for several days and watched only the first couple of episodes. Hank Moody (David Duchovny), has become a charicature of himself. As a college English teacher, he says things to his students (and to the faculty) that even a freak like him wouldn't say - if he wanted to keep his job. What was racy and sexy has become incredulous. More if I make it through the next few episodes.”
