“Taxes. Intuit really made me frustrated. When you start to fill in your information, they say "for 30 bucks we can use your last years information to make this process easy and quick!", so after you click yes, there are endless pages of nonsense, and they end up charging you OVER TWICE WHAT YOU AGREED TO. overall, this is most likely the easiest way to file your taxes, but still it's annoying and it's NOT straight forward in the slightest. Intuit should be sued and give back all the money they are STEALING. Oh, and at the end, they gave me an ambiguous error saying my taxes WONT WORK, that I have to print it all out, sign it, and mail it in. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ONLINE TAXES. ”
