does this lipstick moisturize as well? $22 doesnt seem as bad as the $28 that i shoved out for my givenchy lipstick a few weeks ago

not really... I still love their lipsticks as they're so pigmented, but they're aren't as moisturizing as the MAC lustre ones are or the Bare Escentuals ones
