“In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in San Francisco, possibly the best in the country -- and I've been to French Laundry, Per Se and all those places. Mission Beach Cafe makes the most frigging delicious food I've ever eaten. Just had some friends in town from LA. They wanted something "yummy" -- took them to MBC, never disappoints. ”

it has been around at least 3 years -- definitely not old skool mission, but no spring chicken either!

This place is famous for the brunch, but truthfully I don't think their brunch is the *best*. It's good, but nothing compared to how amazing their dinner is. Man I want to go again just from writing this.
