“Viber is an awesome free VoIP app for the iPhone and iPod Touch. You can call other Viber users for free, and the app don't have to be open to receive calls. It works over both WiFi and 3G. Viber doesn't work on the iPad just yet, but according to the developer, they will update the app in near future, so it will work on the iPad aswell. The developer also said that Android and other mobile OS versions of Viber is under development.
