Google Books App Reviews
Featured Review
“Has potential but needs some serious work. It doesn't support multitasking, doesn't do well at keeping your place when trying to sync between devices, doesn't have bookmarks and just isn't as aesthetically pleasing as the iBooks app.
It feels like with both this and the web interface, that Google may have rushed another product out the door.”

“umm i like it better than ibooks i love how it syncs you books with your google account so you can just pick up from where you left off on any device!”
“The app provides access to millions of titles. Because you use your Google account, any books in your virtual library are accessible from the Books app on many devices. However, the app seems a bit "rushed." It does not yet support landscape mode. The app can be a bit slow to respond too.”
“Why have this if you can have iBooks?”
“I don't see the point of google Books when you have amazon and Ibooks. But from the little bit that I used it I would never use google books again. Stick to amazon.com or Ibooks.”
“This app is great. I can read and purchase books easily and the book catalog is great.”
“Good if you like reading!”
“Not a lot of selection, but it's available if there's anything I want to read from it on my iPad.”

“It's another book reading/store app. It's tough to say who is winning so far. It does all the usual things, day/night mode, various typefaces, variable font sizes, lots of scanned books. Interestingly you can read the scan or the digitized version.”
