“Although I don't think I'd ever hike the AT, this was a well-done documentary on the origins of the trail and the history. It's interesting to see the "culture" that has evolved over the years amongst the seasoned hikers and how it's passed on to the newcomers. I liked the fact that much of the trail is maintained by volunteers who just love the concept of a "national park" that extends through 14 states.”
