Everywhere I asked - two doctors and several websites - all recommended This.One.Product. My problem was fixed before this arrived, but I keep it just in case. I have not yet opened it. The other solution for chapped nostrils is... .... "Nipple Cream", specifically Lanisoh HPA Lanolin. That's a lower nostril thing, not really a whole-nose solution.
