Yeah, they kind of skipped him in the DC Animated Universe -- one of the only missteps, I think, as the whole Red Hood development is pretty interesting.

@fnoo For shame. Seems like it would be an greatly interesting story to be told.

I can see why they skipped it; changing Robins is confusing enough to a general audience (or would have been at the time), and the second Robin was really unpopular. So might as well just skip to Tim Drake. It seems elegant, until you realize all of the interesting potential that sometimes comes with inelegance.
