“A great documentary about LeBron James and his friends growing up and playing basketball in Akron, Ohio.”
“Before taking his talents to South Beach, Mr. Lebron James was just another skinny teenager growing up trying to find his place in the world. Ok, maybe forget the skinny part. This film is a marketed as a documentary about LBJ's celebrated highschool years, but in fact it's really a story about friendship. After watching this heart-warming, feel-good story, you'll understand why he made the Decision...”
“This was awesome. It followed the story behind Lebron James and his former teammates. The title "More Than A Game" is the best way to describe it. They were more than just teammates, they were best friends and still are even to this day.”
“LeBron is a lonely dude. He needs hugs. This whole being a villain thing is not going to work as well for him as it did for Kobe.”
“One of the best sports documentary I have ever seen. I am mad I waited this long to see this.”
“Well done documentary that captures the rise of Lebron James and his amazing high school basketball team”
“In-depth, behind the scenes look at Lebron James as a young man, from his time as a boy growing up as the son of a working class mother in Akron,Ohio. The film is essentially a documentary of James' rise to fame in the NBA, it features interviews with close friends as well as James himself. The film includes footage from his high school career as well as from the NBA. An excellent view into King James ascent to the throne, also shows his resilience to public scorn as we are shown a scenario with him and his high school teammates being hated by their schoolmates at a private catholic high school. Great pick for lebron fans.”
“this was an awesome look how lebron became a star”
“awesome showcase of Lebron's high school career...”
“LJ23 goes hard in HS. Watch and see. No HS team has ever been, or will ever be this good again!”
