“Even seeing Crispin Glover playing a very eccentric artist wasn't enough to save this film. There are ways to deal with dysfunctional families in humorous or entertaining or even educational ways. This was not it.
I actually started watching this and got about 30-40 minutes in before I realized I was bored with the movie *while I was working on my computer at the same time*. It stayed in my queue and I decided I should go ahead and finish it. My mistake. But I pass the benefit of my experience on to you.”

OH MY GOD that's right! I don't know why I always forget this. Selective memory mayhaps? He just looks freakishly young? Or something?!

“Odd. Great cast. Very slow moving. Could survive past 40 minutes. The plot hadn't even gotten started by then. Should have tightened up the front to 10 minutes, then stuck them in the house. It was hard to watch.”
