“This app figures out what song is playing in your car or wherever. I've known about it forever but never found a use for it. That is until i was in a trendy clothes stores in NYC this week. There was some weird, interesting song playing in the store. Overheard one employee ask his friend if he knew what song was playing. The friend replied, "should i Shazam it?" I was convinced. Already used it a couple of times in stores and restaurants. Cool!”

*Update by request... If you're listening to a song and don't know the name / artist, you "tag" the song with this app, it analyzes the song and tells you the name / artist. It's pretty awesome. But as @lazybearkhoa pointed out in the comments, apparently soundhound is even better - will have to check that out.”

“It's crap. Sure it works like it's supposed to but the ad supported version still has limited song tagging. If you're going to throw ads at me every time I open the app, at least let me tag more than 5 songs a month.”
