“All I can say is, I can't believe this app is still on the App Store. If you wanna use Facetime on 3g? This is it! It works. It works very good! Somehow Tango is tied to the Iphones dialing software. None the less, it works great! Only on 3G though. Its the BEST facetime 3G app on the App Store. Also, I experienced ZERO video/dropped calls while using this.
If your signal drops below 3 bars, the quality does suffer greatly.....”

“Why wasn't face time made with these features? Great app lets you do face time calls over 3g, has a really cool way of indicating what friends you can contact via Tango. Interface does not look that nice but like any app updates are always coming out.”

“Want a way to Facetime over 3G without a jailbreak? This is your app! Not sure why there is so many bad reviews for it though. Perhaps the quality of the call is a little worse than that of standard WiFi-WiFi Facetiming, but it does what it is designed for. Setup is also easy, searching through your contacts list, and adding any contacts capable of performing video calls.”

“Tango looks like Apple FaceTime, but there are a few key differences. Tango allows you to place a video call over 3G networks, while FaceTime only works on WiFi networks. As a result, the video quality is nowhere near what one can expect with FaceTime, but hey, 3G video calling is pretty compelling. The other attractive feature is the cross-platform nature of the solution. Tango also has an Android client which means a larger network of video-call capable friends and colleagues.”
