“If your looking to take COD on the go, then this is an excellent alternative. Modern Combat 2 is easily one of the best first person shooters in the Apple app store.

The graphics are very good, and probably the best for a first person shooter game on the iPhone. Everything looks very life like, from the guns to the environment surrounding you.

The game play on this is quite nice. You get to go on different missions and kill people! Some times the game gets kind of redundant, however thats a small problem. The game play is pretty fast, so there is very little lag.

The controls on this game are very excellent. The controls lets you easily navigate your soldier. It is very easy to shoot, crouch, and even jump.

The game also includes a multiplayer mode, where you can either choose to do it over Bluetooth, or WiFi, and local. The online is ok, and can get a little boring.

Overall this is a great app, and I give it a near perfect 9.5/10”

“THIS IS ADDICTING! (lol) I loved this game. This is the first time playing a combat game and finally finished it. The only problem is that the price is a bit high, and there are lots of bugs that need to be fixed. (i.e., I fell through the ground and landed into a virtual world; a landmine would keep exploding even though no one was near it, etc.) But overall the graphics are way better than the Modern Combat 1, and a great storyline.”
