charmainiel i pretty much love the lead vocals - that guy has an amazing voice. some bands in this genre go overboard with screaming, or go out of their way to sound "hard". i like that this band manages to find a nice balance between powerful and softer vocals.

my favourite track so far is "truth hurts while laying on your back".

jacq are you a fan of dance gavin dance or johnny craig? same vocalist.

charmainiel @john i can't quite put my finger on one specific genre! it's some kind of wonderful mix of rock, r&b and post-hardcore. which sounds odd, but it works SO well. they remind me of a slightly tamer alexisonfire (particularlly vocal-wise)

@jacq admittedly, a good friend of mine just recently turned me on to emarosa, so this is the first i've heard of johnny craig. but thanks! i'll definitely be checking these out :)
