What is “Facebook App”?

Facebook's official app is an iOS-friendly version of the Facebook website. It allows users to upload status updates, photos, videos, share links, and do nearly anything else the website is capable of from anywhere. Also handy is the "check-in" option, which you can use to tell your friends where you are at any given time with a tap of the finger.
