“I know there are a lot of reviews about this application, but I felt like I should give out my opinion.
It's true what the other reviews say, it is completely addicting, if you aren't, there must be something wrong with you. Anyways, I bought this application after its continuation to be on the number one spot. For an app to retain such a place for such a long time, it must be worth it, right? It was.
Angry Birds is a fun game where you use a slingshot and shoot off a couple of birds, each with unique skills, against the evil baconators (that's my nickname for the pigs, btw), an evil group who stole the bird's baby eggs!
The concept isn't new to the gaming, but its simple interface and unique levels (along with hidden golden eggs), and the personalities that each bird has make this such an entertaining, fun, and time-killer app that anyone with an iDevice should have.

“I gave in and got this game, against my better judgement. Everyone says its the most addictive thing in the world. True, the first day I downloaded it, I messed around with it for about 59 minutes longer than I thought I would. Good game, mindless fun, time suck. ”
“If you haven't heard of Angry Birds, you have some catching up to do. First, computers were invented. Shortly thereafter, porn was invented. Then came the video games. Then computers got smaller and smaller until the input and output were almost unmanageable. Soon, we'll be playing games on a 1cm screen screaming in frustration because we hit the L key instead of the A key on the 2mm keyboard.
In the meantime, we have Angry Birds with it's easy drag and release and tapping technology, some of the simplest controls ever in a video game. The game itself is horrendously addictive. It's fun and simple to play, let's you knock down buildings, and has hidden egg levels. You should probably just stay away from it. It may consume your life.
