“Victimized! Really, just naive.
The second I received this confirmation in my inbox this morning I realized: Uh huh, I never bothered using a *good* password on PayPal.
In fact I apparently used the same one to comment on a Gawker Media story.

i've been using 1password for a while now, thought it would be a pain, but it's not too bad. Check it out if you haven't.

I use 1password too... BUT I had it suck in all my legacy passwords when I should've just started anew. At least it could export a searchable file for me so I could go back and assassinate all remaining instances of that identity/pass. Good fun :-)

To follow up: PayPal took care of this within a few days and the transactions were reversed, my money returned.

“I did a lot of research to find the best value and most effective online French language course.
From everything I saw, Rocket was the right choice.
Having now experienced the course, I can confirm that it is excellent and enjoyable (if not a little corny…)
When buying the course you will be tempted with various discounted upgrades from standard, to gold and then platinum level. The different levels just mean that you have beginners, intermediate and advanced lessons at your disposal.
It is worth rejecting the offers at least twice each, as each rejection leads to a significantly better offer.
In the end I got the entire course for $115.55 - an excellent price!
