I've always been too nervous to watch it because seeing surgeries freaks me out! Do they actually show inside the operating room in this series??

@riddlefish Most definitely. And they usually choose a correlating song for the type of surgery or person (e.g. a Marilyn Monroe song for a woman who wanted breast implants so she could look more like Marilyn Monroe when she dressed as a look alike on Hollywood Boulevard).
