beverlynoelle This sounds weird but I found a great lipstick in a plum color by Sally Hansen! Have you tried other Sephora Collection lipsticks?

riddlefish How fun! What sort of things do you pair this with?

productjoy not really a fan of any sephora branded makeup, but i'm willing to keep an open mind... how creamy/ moisturizing was this lipstick?

MakeupJunkie9 @beverlynoelle Oh really? Do you know what the Sally Hansen lip color is called? This was the first Sephora brand lipstick I have tried and I am happy with it.

@riddlefish I have been wearing it with the vintage winged liner, double winged eyeliner, and if I want a dramatic look then I wear it with a charcoal smudged smoked out eye, but not too dark where it's way to much. I just use a light hand for that one.

MakeupJunkie9 @productjoy I am very happy with the purchase. It's very creamy but is not a moisturizing lipstick. If you would want it to be more moisturizing I would throw a clear gloss over it, but my trick if you want it matte is just putting a bit a vaseline over the top and it will help with the moisture. It is very opaque so if you do more than a couple coats you can end up looking a little gothic so just be aware of that if you want to give this lipstick a shot!

MakeupJunkie9 @amyuhrich Not the first time, It took me about 2 uses to see them very white.
@heiditron They are just not carrying them at the one near me anymore. I think they will still be in other stores and they will most likely still be on the website!

MakeupJunkie9 I haven't had any issues with making my teeth sensitive and I have pretty sensitive teeth.

drpepper234 Nice to know they are not so harsh to make teeth sensitive. My dentist gave me crest professionals that you can only get through a dentist for free, because I referred a friend to him. this stuff made my teeth hurt the next day. Im not talking sensitive to cold or heat but they literally ached. So much for getting something valued at 100 bucks for free.

MakeupJunkie9 @drpepper234 Oh no! i had tried the strips and everything and nothing worked as well as this. You see results honestly almost instantly, the taste isn't bad if you get the mint flavor, and I didn't feel any sensitivity. I LOVE them.

MakeupJunkie9 @drpepper234 Just be sure not to use them too often (once you see the results your going to want to use them all the time LOL), I use them every 3 months or so. I also use Colgate whitening toothpaste (the gel) to keep them looking good in between uses and they look great!

drpepper234 Nice to know. I saw results with the other strips and I was contemplating if the teeth hurting was worth the reward.

productjoy I've seen this a few times i've gone to sephora... how do you like it!? do they give you brushes as well in the pack?

amyuhrich What is it about the brand that's so awful?

saunieindiego I love Bare Escentuals, it's the only foundation/blush/higlight that I would put on my face. Its NOT heavy, greasy or waxy like other liquid or powder foundation. It wont smear, streak or smudge. No makeup "line" at the neckline. I just can't say enough good things about BE.

Jessica12385 @shewalksdogs I agree. Although, since I have dry skin, I don't wear the face makeup, but I do love the cleanser and lotion. It makes me feel great afterwards. I also love their eyeshadows. I did an Iron Man look using only BE eyeshadows and I got a compliment on my makeup in the subway hahaha

MakeupJunkie9 @amyuhrich I won't go on and on about it, but anything with that much mica and sparkles in it is not at all ideal for any sort of pictures or photography. The main reason is because it's mineral makeup and mineral makeup does not have the coverage, pigmentation, staying power
or ingredients like other non mineral makeups. @shewalksdogs & @Jessica12385 That's great that it works for you, but to be honest the only people I would tell to use it are people allergic to parabens.

MACgirly84 I totally agree @ MAKEupJunkie9 .... I only own 1 kit from them.. the foil one ( I think that's what it's called ) I actually recieved it for free from Sephora. It was an offer that was emailed to me.

MACgirly84 WAY too expensive. I normally buy liners like this from allcosmeticswholesale.com They are so much cheaper there and have a huge range of differents brands. I have found the MILANI pencils from CVS actually work the same... the SAME as the UD 24/7 Pencils... I love them!! :-)

MakeupJunkie9 I will check out the website, thanks for the information! We don't have a CVS where I live, just Walgreens and they don't cary MILANI but when I travel I will remember MILANI. Do they have a variety of colors like UD?

MACgirly84 It's not a big variety but they have like silver , blue , brown and black. They cost 6$ and I'm loving them!!!! I don't normally use very much drugstore cosmetics however , these work wonders!!!

erica_lim I agree with pretty much everyone on here. But if you guys want to try a cheaper brand, go buy the WetNWild liners either the normal ones or the waterproof ones and they are super cheap and works just as well!

MakeupJunkie9 If you go on the clairsonic website they explain it. HIGHLY recommend. I use this once a day at night, and I don't even have to use an exfoliant anymore because this does the job!

girlfriday Second the Clarisonic love. Hated spending the money at the time but now that the hard part's over, I'm happy.

amyuhrich That makes more sense to me. Aren't firming creams usually pretty heavy? I would think it odd to use one in the daytime.

@MACgirly84 I haven't used many of there products, but I have an upcoming job coming up where I get to test out a variety of there products so I am excited to see how they work.
