Michael - I can understand your frustration. Sincerely apologize for your bad experience. We got an amazing response beyond our wildest expectations when we launched Twezr (http://bit.ly/9zRZuw). Several power users signed up within a few hours after launch and with in no time our messages volume grew to 5 M messages/ day (which is about 1% of messages volume on Facebook)! Our infrastructure wasn't geared up to take that kind of load.
