well, the usability is pretty good. you have to change the status to 'publish' in order to publish, which is not intuitive. I prefer 'publish' or 'publish now'. But otherwise, it does everything right and has proven to be 100% reliable. :)

it's okay. definitely the pioneering geo app. i'm a little bored w/ checking in. i started making up places, like checking into feelings - teenage angst, etc. that spiced it up a little, but got tired too. as an early adopter (april 2009) I never once received a discount or deal on anything the whole time i've been using it, so it's tough for me to maintain enthusiasm. I'm digging facebook places, since I have a thick network there, and it just makes sense to keep it on platform. I get the treacherousness of that, but at this point, I'm going w/ it.
