As far as I can tell - by downloading only this app for free and not comparing it to any others in the same genre - this is THE free app for raging alcoholics and part-time connoisseurs alike. While not allowing one perhaps the fullest, most all-encompassing range of experiences in one's quest for imbibing greatness, it more than "gets the job done." It passed the test by identifying the ingredients in a Ninja Turtle - a question, so to speak, I have pondered since ordering the drink in Japan without a proper translation.
On that note, we need to invent a word that means drink connoisseur without also meaning food connoisseur (gastronomist/gourmand).
Additionally, I will assume Level 1 means I am at the pinnacle of this endeavor.

I can't say too much about this app; everyone loves Zipcar, but it's not available across the country yet. No chance to test it out yet!

Do you use OpenTable.com to book restaurants? If so, you'll love the app. I have never had bad service at a restaurant I've booked with OpenTable, ever, they know what I'll do to them....

Free app. Decent for a laugh but I never really use it beyond the first go.
