Photoshop Express is one of my favourite applications. It's easy to use and comes with a wide array of effects. I'm a frequent PhotoShop user, and this app is not at all the same thing.

@MizzBlaze Sorry for taking so long to answer. Actually, it's slightly limited when it comes to filters. There are a few (around 6 if I remember correctly) but I don't think people will be using them that often.
