Outsourced is an hilarious show. Once I started watching I was hooked and watched every single episode. I think in part because I get all of the inside jokes. It has a lot of the elements of 3rd Rock from the Sun in that there are just fundamental misunderstandings that are humorous and insightful at the same time. Great great show.
