I just bought a pair of nike shoes and had to return them. It was my first zappos experience and left me with a bad taste. How often do people return shoes that dont fit?

This is my second pair I've bought from Zappos. I have heard their return policy and I do know first hand that their customer is service is top notch.

I hope I get these sandals in time for SXSW!

this was a crazy week, so i just got around to opening the box and trying them on. they fit perfectly - whew! go zappos!
