I actually bought it because the rubber under the macbook (the white one) started to come off, I helped and pulled it all off because it was looking horrible. A new one was going to set me back $150 from ifixit.com so I decided to cover it up with this cheap plastic :( It does look different from all the other macs, but not as classy as the pictures show.
