Try the jupiter jack. The quality is really good and if you manage not to break it (like physically break it) like me, it should last longer than 14 hours :)

well, it doesnt have a car charger, holder and remote. But apart from that, yes :P. Its just an fm transmitter, with two pre-set frequencies. I think both the frequencies are free in the bay area and the voice quality is pretty good. You have to turn up the volume on the car speakers though

Haha... My friend buys this stuff at Costco by the case. Believe it works, but just doesn't seem healthy. Although 2-4 expressos a day prob isn't any better.
