faestina When you purchase line, they have a table with 12 samples to choose 3 from. You get to pick what you want from those ones featured. They change every now and again, not sure on what basis, but I find they're more fragrances and skin care than anything else.

amyuhrich Good idea. How much product do you get in the sample sizes? Do you think it will last a 2 week vacation?

faestina With this one I figuring it will be enough for a few fays. The last time I got a sampler from Clinique at Sephora it was enough for like 4 days and everything was separated for you for each day.

faestina Thanks @amyuhrich! And yeah it did come with a funnel, but my perfumes don't seem to be "compatible" with the funnel lol. In the sense that I can't just take off the top or anythign without breaking them. They're weird bottles! And thus I had tried spraying it into the funnel to then put into the container part...but that made a mess and my hands smelled for a few days :/ I like my Guess perfume but not that much on me lol!

amyuhrich You know, I just realized - you're talking about the SAMPLE, aren't you? Here I am talking about the full size. Of course I haven't seen the sample (in fact, I've never tried a perfume sample from them), but given how small samples usually are I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't spray. So if that's the case, then oops, sorry - because I was talking about the full size.

faestina Hahaha it probably is the sample then that I'm getting in the mail. The bottle was pretty small. It's just that when it was on the counter next to the cashier there was no sign of an atomizer or anything. I guess the mystery will be solved when I get it in the mail!

amyuhrich I see - that's what I figured. Sorry for the confusion. As for the travel bottles, I have to spray my fragrance into the funnel as well - I just try to hold it as close inside the funnel as possible to avoid the mist from spraying outside the funnel (and of course, you have to have the funnel placed inside the travel vial while you're doing it).

faestina Yeah it gets to be a bit tricky while trying not to get your perfume everyone! It's a need idea though to have a mini with you instead of carrying around the full sized bottle. Though now depending on the scent I like, I'll just ask for free samples at the department stores!

amyuhrich That's another good idea :) Do all perfume samples just come in mini bottles/vials?

faestina I have no idea how this shade will turn out! Hopefully it'll be good but who knows if it'll be too dark or too light until I try it on. Curious as to how much is in the pouch though. 0.02oz doesn't help me much lol

faestina I actually have yet to try Stila glazes. I've heard many good things about them for color, texture etc so I'm excited to try then when they come in the mail.
