yup... strictly streaming. The only downfall is that the selection is no way close to the DVD selections. My kids love it though for the TV series offered and the "older" movies.

I highly recommend it. You just need to check with your network folks to make sure they have the needed add-on for you to connect. It's an additional purchase for them (minimal) so you'll need to check with your CISCO rep.
