dive_philospher she's always more of a supporting character for me. What's the plot for this?

fnoo That's probably because the rights situation around her character is so weird. That, and her costume and premise are a little hard to swallow for a contemporary audience. Still, looks like they're making some progress in working out the difficulties. A decade ago they wanted to do a TV series in the Batman: TAS continuity, but that didn't work out. Now they've done an animated movie, and a live-action series is entering production.

fnoo I dunno about instantly. There are some good ideas in the first couple of seasons, but they're mostly in the first episode. Children of Earth, though, that's something else. Some of the best sci-fi to hit television.

fnoo Haven't seen this, but Captain Marvel is the best superhero ever. I'm pretty interested to see him animated.

fnoo I'm impressed with the cast they've assembled for it. One wonders how many of those actors are going to stick around after the season.

fnoo Someone is remaking this for SyFy over here. One wonders A) why bother, and B) how well that will turn out. The US cast looks very generically pretty.

fnoo Oh well. Presumably at least the show's creator got a big hunk of money from SyFy that he can use to finance his own projects.

lesayoh ha. the orginal wasnt that tight. so the remake is usually worse
