yes it's based on getting healthy resistant carbs. There are recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert. There is a recipe for fish tacos, scones, thai noodles, polenta and so many other stuff. You can get the app for free and if you want premium recipes it's only $4.99. hope that helped
