This was the first season, I just started watching it. I liked it a lot but I don't see how they can possible top it in later seasons. The amount of sexism, racism, alcoholism, smoking and philandering is already pretty close to Charlie Sheen levels.

Oh, yeah. Definitely. But there are some pretty wild things that happen in later seasons, plus, it's interesting to watch how such rigidly chauvinistic structures start to combust in later seasons. In this case, character development - any kind of minor changes - become huge reliefs. Which is a feat.
