Zipcar
I haven't used Zipcar yet, but I like knowing that I have it. It was REALLY quick getting approved and receiving my Zipcard in the mail. It took about a half-week. My sister, in Chicago, says hers took almost a week and a half.
saunieindiego Will you come back after you use it and tell us more?
Gilyenne I LOVE THE ZIPPES... my bf use to use that alot when he was living downtown! It was amazing free gas.. sometimes I would finish work really late and he would pick me up for 13 dollars instead of a 60$$ cab ride... I KNOW crazy right.... I LOVE IT =)
fnoo It is sort of an emergency service, isn't it -- nice to know that it's there even if you don't take advantage of it.

Sort of like a Netflix of transportation.
New York Pole Dancing
This is so much fun. It was a good work out, although, the beginner class, which is what this groupon was for, only teaches the routine for the right side. You come out of there a little uneven. However, you do some great moves and learn to jump up onto the pole, and see how hard it really is to do. I wish it weren't in Hell's Kitchen, or I'd sign up for more classes.

Fiara1121 Not sure where u live but there is an excellent studio in NY by the name of shockra. It's amazing. They really take their time showing you different moves.
girlfriday I've been wanting to do this!!!
$30 Groupon to Essex Restaurant
UGH. The first few times I'd gone to Essex, it was amazing. However, increasingly, I feel cranky toward the establishment. They had the most amazing appetizer of braised short ribs, and it was the perfect size to eat as a small entree. I ordered that, based on previous experience, and then, they gave me a piece of short rib the size of my thumb. They've since removed the short ribs from the menu, so it's a non-issue now, but I haven't been back since, and I glare at it and its standing-in-my-way patrons every time I walk by it on my way home. Change that. I go around the block a different way to avoid elevating my blood pressure.
$15 Groupon to Mantao Chinese Sandwiches
It's a really good deal, and I had trouble using up the entire $15 because I didn't need to eat so much.
Clarks Desert Bot W Gren suede
Tough on the back of my foot, tight at the front of my foot. I don't have the patience to break them in, and they're suede so I'd have to waterproof them. I'm sending them back.
Kobe Beef Burger
Embarrassingly enough...I ordered it again. It was less good than the first time...I think they gave me their sirloin burger instead of their kobe burger.
Poco
Delicious Spanish-style tapas. Planning my office holiday party to be hosted here.
impulsebuyer I'll bring the burgers.
lesayoh Tapas everywhere!
SHO Shaun Hergatt
Very elegant food. Good if you want to get away from the office, and happen to work in FiDi. Probably the best food there is, although it is on the pricier side if you want to get lunch daily....ahem.
Apiary
Great options for your wheat-allergic, sesame-allergic, etc friends. I took mine there and he was very happy, especially with their flourless chocolate cake.
riddlefish Oooo, I've never tried flourless chocolate cake--sounds interesting! Is it just, like...denser or something? Can you tell the difference?
Aurora - Soho
I came here last year for New Year's Eve dinner. It was a delicious multi-course meal. I always enjoy their prix fixe meals. Mmmm.
Nike: Shox Turmoil+ 2
Really comfy and I like the color. However, sometimes, I feel like the front part of the shoe is not supportive/stabilizing enough.
Via Spiga "Nemmi" Black Flat Ankle Boot
Good non-slip bottoms. A little narrow at the front of the foot, but my feet are on the wide-ish side. Then again, I have a pair of Via Spiga platforms, and they are fine in width at the front of the food.
Ralph Lauren - Studio Comforter, King
Very warm. I think I am allergic to down, though. @ldrogen

saunieindiego What is the thread count on this one? I have been shopping for down comforter.
Cuisinart - Stainless Saute Pan, 5.5 Qt.
I was so afraid that this pan would end up with stuff sticking to it all over all the time, especially since it is stainless steel. This is not the case. Unless you burn your food, maybe. I don't burn my food so this is a non-issue.

It also heats up really quickly. Sometimes, I wish it weren't so big, because it is a rather large diameter for a pan. I don't cook that much volume all the time.

huyhong Took me awhile to get used to cooking with my All-Clad equivalent, but after you learn how to control the heat, stainless is so much better than non-stick.
Martha Stewart - Red Enameled Cast Iron Chili P
This thing is amazing. Ignore the part about it being for chili, and use it for everything. I make quinoa in it. I braise short ribs in it. I makes soups and stews in it. It's amazing. And red.
· $41.64 from Macy's
Tools of the Trade - Belgique Hard Anodized 11 Grid
This thing is really light and flimsy. I mis-read and thought I was buying a cast-iron. Nope. I returned this.
· $16.98 from Macy's
huyhong Never trust anything that looks like cast-iron if the handle isn't the same color as the pan
Women's Yoga Pants Black
So comfortable, and it comes in multiple lengths. Unfortunate that fabric pills quickly, but I don't really care.
· $15 from Old Navy
3/4-sleeve faux-wrap dress Matte navy
Awesome dress. Will probably get it in different colors eventually.
Halloween Tees for Dogs Skeleton
So adorable. It glows in the dark! Had to exchange for a larger size, but now, Fred lost some weight and so we prob should have kept the small.
