I've found that waking up at an exact time is something you adapt to quite easily. I keep waking up a minute or so before my 8:30 alarm, and I've only been on the schedule like 2 weeks. Weird!

Got this a while back... I haven't actually hooked it up to the computer yet. I am curious to see what data i get out of it.
It was interesting that in 1 day I was fairly inactive, I took 6200 steps or so. And half of them were playing soccer.

I really dig this show. It seems like the CEO's cry in every single episode in the current season. I wonder how they select the workers. Because there is always some common thread between the CEO and the individuals they are chose to be 'trained' by.
