OffMaps 2 App
This is worth the money, I got this app because my Ipod Touch 4g doesn't have gps capabilities so i got this, and man was it worth it. If your lost u can rely on this to find your way out even if you dont have internet connectivity. Thats why its called OffMaps, offline maps. The only downside is it doesnt have all the maps of the world so if you want one go here http://www.offmaps.com/offline-maps-library.htm and find the map you want before downloading it

ZumoCast App
Overall, this has to be one of the best apps out there for the iPad in terms of streaming your media. It offers a lot of different options and the great thing about the Zumocast app is that it is absolutely free of charge to download from the iTunes app store.
AccuWeather.com App
AccuWeather brings a large amount of weather information to your finger tips. Although sometimes a little choppy (on account of the radar and TV data), this App overall does an excellent job of keeping you (hopefully) correctly apprised of the weather situation around you.
Etch A Sketch App
've got to admit that I'm really disappointed and disgusted with what has happened to this app. I just recently purchased the app for $.99. And while the app had it's little caveats, it was still fun to use. Now they've reduced the price of the app to nothing and added ads for something I've already paid for! In addition, they've released a new version of EaS called "premium" I really don't understand the logic behind this or how they're able to get away with such a thing. Freeze Tag please do the right thing.

iBooks App
The PDF reader works, but it’s not quite up to snuff with third-party apps on the iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch, and Apple’s current lack of PDF support in the iBookstore means that you’ll have to go fishing for content online—the addition of a podcast-like section of the iBookstore for PDF downloads would be hugely welcome. Similarly, adding additional note-taking capabilities to iBooks beyond the scope of the current keyboard input scheme would make this application the default choice for educators looking to go fully electronic with their textbooks. Given how much iBooks has evolved since April, there’s a good chance that it will continue to improve at a rapid clip over the next year, and we’ll be excited to revisit this application with a follow-up review as it grows.
Air Hockey Gold App
This game is a great time waster for anyone looking to past some time. What I really like about this game is the super-sensitive interface and sleek design of the entire application. You can’t tell the difference between a real Air Hockey table, and this application. The play for 2 players is incredible, you can actually enjoy a competitve game without having to purchase the real game. The free version has several levels of difficulty, which makes challenging the computer extremely worthwhile.
