amyuhrich What do you mean when you say it's not reusable? I thought that was the point...especially for $12!

msphuong I dont know to be honest I tried washing it and the puff is just not the same. Its not as soft and picks up more powder than before. How do you wash something like this? Someone told me just toss it in the washer machine ?

amyuhrich I have no idea...I don't use powder puffs but honestly I didn't think you were supposed to wash them, because I think you're right, that would change the texture in most cases. Some would probably think that unsanitary though (not washing it ever). Though if you're just using it to dust light powder on your face and not for anything else...I don't know. Can it really be so unsanitary? I mean, what's the worst that could happen?

amyuhrich Maybe try Googling it? I did briefly...someone suggested putting it in a clean nylon stocking before putting it in the washing machine. Then maybe air-drying? Or just using disposable sponges. I guess if you don't wash it, it might break you out. My skin is dry and not acne-prone so I don't fear things like this...I've never been an "OMG germs" kind of person, and I'm perfectly healthy and have good skin. I suppose other people might have problems with it, though.

msphuong To be honest I am still working on my Laura Mercier powder and until im almost done with it ill open another which will be the MUFE powder. But I have tried the primer which smells wonderful and the elixir. I prefer the primer but I like the elixir for winter months since I have more dry skin.

amyuhrich I've never tried brush cleaner. What's the benefit of this over using a gentle soap and water?

msphuong The convenience! I dont know what the hype is all about either I just tried it because I got it on clearance for 3 to be honest. But I prefer the soap and water method as well.

amyuhrich I like how you described it as "cute" :) I suppose the bottle is cute. Do you like the smell?

msphuong I got the trial at sephora but I bought the actual bottle at Macys ( Better gift :)) I dont use it everyday its more of a summer smell to me. But it does smell "cute" haha

amyuhrich Hmm...I would think 8 hours is pretty good. Have you had other scents that lasted much longer?

msphuong yes Chanel Mademoiselle parfum. The scent still last the day after... a little faded but last.
