gkruis I've heard good things. What does it compare to? I've only really watched Trigun, Cowboy Bepop, and some Evangelion.

fnoo Of those three, it would be closest to Trigun. It's sort of a standard long-form shonen adventure series, in the same model as Naruto or Kenshin, but with its own particular personality and twists.

It's got a sort of inconsistent tone, flipping back and forth between frivolous episodes and story arcs that appear to be aimed at kids and very dark, violent sections. Sometimes it can jump back and forth very suddenly.

gkruis I've always found that odd about anime, that flip-flop in tone. I felt like Cowboy Bebop had a lot of frivolous-seeming episodes. Trigun was my favorite of the three I've seen, so maybe Full Metal will be up my alley.

girlfriday I found it kinda offensive to men and women.

impulsebuyer I just like the phrase "Frost yourself". I've been using it a lot but it doesn't seem to be catching on.

nekronight lol girlfriday I wasn't going to go that far but I totally agree.

nekronight lmao yep impulsebuyer that whole frost yourself made me laugh so hard when it was said as the slogan as well as the fact that when I think of frosting something it's normally a cake or even a cup cake and it just didn't fit very well with diamonds unless you consider the slang of the whole bling bling references to shiny jewelery and also the reference of being iced out lol.

beverlynoelle Parts of this are hilarious and parts are just offensive. Not my favorite, but it's not the worst thing I've ever seen!

riddlefish Yeah, I think this film is pretty funny if you don't pay attention to what it's saying about relationships and just focus on how ridiculous it is. When you start taking it too seriously, it does start to get offensive. I just love Kate Hudson's crazy woman routine, haha.

fnoo In retrospect, it seems like this show and Xena kind of paved the way for Buffy and Angel, and then all of the genre shows to follow in their footsteps.

nekronight well part of what was so great about the legendary adventures of Hercules is that Sam Rami of spiderman 1-3 movies worked on this series as well as it using quite a bit of early cgi for the 90s as well as giving credit to all the great people who worked on the clothing selection for the characters as well.

fnoo Linksys tends to do pretty solid stuff. Have you had bad experiences with other routers?

nekronight yeah i've had bad experiences with the wireless n one that linksys does thats the more cheaper entry level one and would have to power cycle it and my cable modem all the time and sometimes like 3-5 times in one day. But I knew from friends in the past and doing my own research that this exact model of wireless g router was pretty solid and i'm quite happy with it.
