This restaurant is in oklahoma city. Dosa is fermented crepe made from rice . It is served with lentil soup, vegetables and "chutney", which is a paste of coconut, lentil, coriander and mint. The dosa is smeared with butter and it is so soft that it melts in your mouth, it tastes fantastic. The high price is mainly due to the posh interiors.
