I really liked this movie. There is a twist ending, and I figured it out, but it wasn't terribly obvious.
I loved the acting and the way they portrayed the 'prison'. Very well done.

This movie makes me want to learn to skate so I can do roller derby. It's funny, smart, and very sweet.
It is more a chick flick, though, but my fiance enjoyed it, so I think it could appeal to men as well, and not just for the hot chick factor. :)

Love, love, love, LOVE this series. Smart, funny, and filled with dark humor. It makes me cry at times, and laugh at others. I love how the writers take a very dark theme (death) and make it into something not as serious. It's still a big deal, but the reapers make it easier to swallow. A must watch.

I love the SVU series. Some episodes kind of fall beneath the bar, but for the most part, they are most excellent. I love the dynamic between the detectives. I wish we'd have more of Tutola and Munch, though. They're honestly my favorites.

I was pleasantly surprised with how funny this movie was. It is raunchy in some parts, but I laughed so much. It is a really funny adult comedy. The trailer doesn't even show all of the best parts, and with movies like this, you kind of expect that sort of thing. But no...it was good.
I enjoyed it thoroughly. Not for kids, though.

The original is MUCH better, and it was made in 1988. They changed the story, characters, etc. It really didn't remind me of the the first NotD. I'd stick with the classic, and skip this. Poor acting, in my opinion. Even when they 'redid' iconic scenes (remember the lipstick), they messed it up. They went for the gross factor, I think, and not the creepy factor. So, I'd just skip it. Really.

It was an okay movie. I got angry at some of the plot points, but it does shine a light on racism, apartheid, and how ugly both are/were.

I was confused, and not because I'm not a native Japanese speaker. The movie is just plain weird.

Meh. I didn't like the story with Baroness. I'm a geek girl, so I love my comics and 'toons. This didn't measure up to the G.I. Joe I grew up with and loved. Baroness is an evil bitch. Not in this movie. Too sappy and girly for me.

My friends and I are planning our ZA kit based on the rules in this movie. Words to live by here, kids.

If I want mindless action, let it be GOOD mindless action. Statham is one of my favorite current action stars, but not in this movie. The camera work was way choppy, and the story just blah.
