iMockups for iPad App
It's crap, don't bother. But all the wireframing apps for iPad are lackluster, and I even bought the Omni one for $$$. iMockups is the best of a sadly sucky lineup.

The price is great compared to the paper version, but the UI is kind of a disaster. :(
